29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use (Construction Reference 1926.103)(a):  a) Residential Structure (Englewood III): Employees engaged in cutting/grinding concrete cinder blocks are required to wear N95 filtering face dust masks. The employer did not establish and implement a worksite-specific written respiratory protection program, on or about, 9/9/15.  Acceptable abatement methods shall include the following elements:  a. Procedures for selecting respirators for use in the workplace. b. Medical evaluation of affected employees. c. Fit testing procedures for tight-fitting respirators. d. Procedures for proper use of respirators in routine and emergency situations. e. Procedures for cleaning, disinfecting, discarding, and otherwise maintaining respirators, f. Procedures to ensure adequate air quality, quantity, and flow of breathing air for atmosphere-supplying respirators. g. Training of employees in the respiratory hazards to which they are potentially exposed during routine and emergency situations. h. Training the employees in the proper use of respirators. i. Procedures for evaluating the effectiveness of this program.
