29 CFR 1917.111(d):  All walking and working surfaces in the terminal areas were not maintained in good repair:  a)    Perdue Agribusiness Terminal Chesapeake:  Employees were required to cross over railroad tracks as an escape route and pathway to the waterfront office and break room.  The railroad tracks protruded approximately five (5) inches above the ground thus exposing employees to a possible trip hazard on or about September 3, 2015.   Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
