Stair railings were not installed in accordance with the provisions of Sec. 1910.23.   On the inside of the CM19 Compressor building, stairways less than 44 inches wide that employees used to access the working platforms of at least two compressors did not have standard railings on all opened sides, exposing employees to a fall hazard up to approximately 7 feet to the ground below.
