29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws:    On or about September 10, 2015, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard, while working near the grease filter of a Pro-Pak Tortilla Fryer, Model# 018-016-001-018-013-022, that did not have strain relief on a 240 Vac power cord and its outer jacket was pulled away from the junction box thus exposing the cord's internal wiring.
