29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: Worksite located at 11607 E 43rd St N. Tulsa, OK 74116. On or about September 10, 2015 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to ingoing nip points in the belt press area. The employees were exposed to caught-in and crushing hazards.
