29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): 29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1) Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.652(b) or (c): (a) On or about 09/10/15, during the Main Street Rehabilitation Project, located on Main Street in the village of Geneseo, New York, cave in protection such as but not limited to a "trench box" was not provided to employees in the trench; which measured 6ft. 6in. depth, 5ft. in width and 16ft. in length. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
