29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: A). on or about 01/23/10, on the Union Tpk & 221st Street. Oakland Garden, NY Employee working in a basket of aerial truck(17416-SM) trimming trees was exposed to a fall hazard approximately 12 ft. to the concrete street. The employee was not wearing body belt with attached lanyard. ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
