Employees in the kitchen area of the building were exposed to electrical shock hazards when using an electrical cord to supply power to temporary lighting without the cord being free of splices.    c. Employees in the hallway east of the kitchen were exposed to electrical shock hazards when using an electrical cord to operate equipment without the cord being free of splices.    d. Employees in the east end of the building were exposed to electrical shock hazards when operating a Ridgid miter saw, Model   R4121, without the power cord being free of splices.    e. Employees in the east end of the building were exposed to electrical shock hazards when operating a Makita circular saw, Model 5007A, without the power cord being free of splices.
