The internal wiring was exposed to contact with adjacent equipment or structures.  b) Belmont Machine Co - On or about September 11, 2015 the Budgit 1 ton electric chain hoist located in Bay 2 was not maintained in good condition in that the pendent control cable lacked strain relief where it exits the motor.  c) Belmont Machine Co - On or about September 11, 2015 the Harrington electric chain hoist located in Bay 4 was not maintained in good condition in that the strain relief was not attached at the pendent control paddle.  d) Belmont Machine Co - On or about September 11, 2015 the Harrington electric chain hoist located in the front of Bay 5 was not maintained in good condition in that the pendent control cable was damaged exposing inner energized conductors.  e) Belmont Machine Co - On or about September 11, 2015 the Harrington electric chain hoist located in the rear of Bay 5 was not maintained in good condition in that the pendent control strain relief was no longer attached to the motor housing.   Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date, and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
