Location: 10 Orange St., Bloomfield, NJ (Watsessing Manor). a) Employer did not fully plank the first, second and third levels of a tubular welded scaffold utilized by employees for masonry operations. Employees were exposed to a potential fall hazard of up to approximately 25 ft. to the sidewalk below; on or about 9/12/15.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): For all scaffolds not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, each employee shall be protected by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section. Location: 10 Orange St., Bloomfield, NJ (Watsessing Manor). a) Two employees were not protected from falling while working from a mason scaffold that did not have a guardrail system and they were not wearing a personal fall arrest system. The employees were exposed to a potential fall of up to approximately 25 ft to the sidewalk below; on or about 9/12/15.
