Employees engaged in masonry activities used a frame scaffold with outriggers that had only a single plank to work from. Violation observed on or about September 12, 2015 WP Construction & Son was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 991094, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on November 12, 2014 with respect to a workplace located at 41 Holecomb Road, Hillsborough, NJ 08844
