29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail and one stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge: a) Exterior Left Building: Workers were using an exterior stairway that did not have a handrail to access the first floor of a residence, being exposed to a fall, on or about 8/25/2015. b) Interior Left Building: Workers were using an interior stairway that did not have a handrail to access the second floor of a residence, being exposed to a fall, on or about 8/25/2015. c) Exterior Right Building: Workers were using an exterior stairway that did not have a handrail to access the first floor of a residence, being exposed to a fall, on or about 8/25/2015. d) Interior Right Building: Workers were using an interior stairway that did not have a handrail to access the second floor of a residence, being exposed to a fall, on or about 8/25/2015.
