OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to an amputation hazard when closing the safe doors: USPS, 5930 South Land Park Drive, Sacramento, CA 95822; Main Sorting Area: On September 1, 2015, an employee's right thumb was amputated while closing the Diebold safe's door.
