Employees were exposed to contact with electrical current, as observed on or about September 14, 2015.  b) Northwest/Southeast Hallway, 1st Floor, 311 Luzerne Avenue, West Pittston, PA - Employees used two (2) interconnected and energized metal multi-receptacle electrical boxes that were not properly secured to provide electrical power to a Coleman Cord 01745 Temporary Lighting String and an Air Master Fan Company Model BDMC36C Portable Mancooler. Employees were exposed to contact with electrical current, as observed on or about September 14, 2015.  c) Hallway Intersection, 2nd Floor, 311 Luzerne Avenue, West Pittston, PA - Employees used an energized metal multi-receptacle electrical box that was not properly secured to provide electrical power to a Coleman Cord 01745 Temporary Lighting String and an Air Master Fan Company Model BDMC36C Portable Mancooler.
