Sheridan St., Wichita, KS, the employer did not ensure that each operator of power buggies such as but not limited to the Terex Model OMPB16/21 had been adequately trained on the operation of the equipment. Employee(s) were exposed to hazards associated with power buggies such as falls and struck by hazards.
