29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets. (a) Work site was located at Flex Spaces at Kearny Point, 78 John Miller Way, Kearny, NJ. Two employees were observed operating scissor lifts on the fourth floor with overhead hazards present and no hard hats on. Violation was observed on or about 9/2/2015.
