29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  103 Milford Place, Neptune, NJ:  Employee were preparing the roof for refinishing without the use of personal protective equipment.  The workers were working from a height of greater than 15 feet above the ground level and the roof pitch was 6 on 12.  Observed on or about 9/15/2015.
