OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that; employees were exposed to struck-by hazards:     a) Motor Shop: On or about September 9, 2015 and times thereto, the employer allowed the employees to lift motors and generators with a 2-ton and a 7.5-ton Shaw Box overhead hoists, Models 326794-4 and 3-114281-6, with pendant controls that were not marked or labeled to indicate direction of motion.
