29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials, and equipment to be conducted by a competent person designated by the employer was not provided by the employer who was responsible to initiate and maintain an accident prevention program:    a- 5900 Sounds Avenue, Sea Isle City NJ: A competent person did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite.  Employees on this site were exposed to hazards including, but not limited to fall and struck by hazards.  Conditions noted on or about 09/12/15.    NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:    a- 5900 Sounds Avenue, Sea Isle City NJ: A company employee was exposed to struck by hazards and head injuries when working beneath partially supported structures and next to framing without the use of head protection jobsite.  Condition noted on or about 09/12/15.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     a- 5900 Sounds Avenue, Sea Isle City NJ: A company employee was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 9 feet to the ground surface below, when performing framing and other related activities at the unprotected edges of a residential structure's upper floor.  This employee was not utilizing any fall protection at the time of the exposure.  Condition noted on or about 09/12/15.    NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
