29 CFR 1926.416(a)(3): Before work is begun, the employer did not advise employees of the protective measures to be taken: (a) Jobsite near 162 Broadway St, Newport RI: On or about 9-16-15, the jobsite foreman and an employee who was working in close proximity to a previously identified energized electrical circuit did not adequately coordinate the work assignment in order to avoid any and all unsafe conditions, resulting in the employee being exposed to contact with the energized circuit.
