29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: At the jobsite located at 534 S. Edgemoor, Wichita KS: Employees engaged in residential re-roofing activities from a 4:12 pitch roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet from the eave of the residence to the ground below in that employees were not trained effectively to recognize the circumstances when fall protection was required and the methods needed to ensure compliance.
