29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the scope, purpose, authorization, rules, and techniques to be utilized for the control of hazardous energy, including, but not limited to items of this section: (a) Sutrak Corporation 6897 E. 49th Avenue, Commerce City, CO 80022: On and before August 18, 2015 the employer did not establish clear and specific procedures to outline the scope, purpose, authorization, rules, and techniques to be utilized for the control of hazardous energy when servicing the Burr Oak Fin Press model number: FP-1A, SN: FP-1-A-1221. Procedures were established; however, they were general in nature. This condition exposed employees to struck-by, caught in-between, laceration and electrical hazards.
