29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes were not continuously maintained free of obstructions or impediments to full instant use in the case of fire or other emergency:    Mate Trucking - 629 Henry Street, Elizabeth, NJ site - Warehouse - Means of egress were not continuously maintained free of obstructions or impediments to full and instant use in the case of fire or other emergency:    a) Rear of the Warehouse (Eastside of building) - Exit route leading to the rear of the warehouse was blocked a pallet and various forklift attachment equipment and outside the exit door was blocked by pallets of stored wooden planks.    b) Side exit of Warehouse (South side of building) - Exit route leading to the side door was blocked by a large tire and some stored materials.    Condition noted on or about 09/16/2015.
