OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a fall hazard:  a. In the roof trusses, the line used as a lifeline was wrapped around the truss frames and secured back to itself using a knot in the line, exposing the employees to a 19 foot fall hazard, on or about 9/15/15.
