29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition.  a) Coal Sampling Building located at 6133 US HWY 60 E in Owensboro, KY, employees were exposed to fire and explosion hazards from excessive coal dust.   In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The employer did not compile a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet.  a) On or about 9/16/2015, an SGS employee, working at 6133 US HWY 60 E Owensboro, KY, was exposed to respiratory hazards from coal dust and the employer did not include this material on the list of hazardous chemicals known to be present on site.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
