Flexible cords shall be connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided which will prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws. (a) On or about September 16, 2015 at worksite 805 Washington, Raymore Missouri- employees were exposed to electrical shock and burn hazards in that the flexible cord powering the MAG77LT SHD77 Skil saw was not connected to a device or fitting that provided strain relief or prevented pull from being directly transmitted to joints or screws. Abatement certification for this violation is not required.

Abatement certification for this violation is not required. .
