29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): The clearance between scaffolds and power lines was not as per OSHA requirements.  Specifically, sections of scaffold  were within 10 feet of insulated power lines carrying voltages between 300 V and 50 kV.                       (a)Rikk Calm, Inc. at 1737 Central Street, Denver, CO 80211:  On and before September 16th, 2015, the exposing employer failed to provide the necessary clearance of 10 feet between scaffolding and secondary conductors carrying 13.8 kV.  The condition exposed employees erecting and utilizing the scaffold to electric shock and electrocution hazards.
