29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. a) Rt 33 & Robbinsville-Edinberg Rd., Robbinsville, NJ: On or about 9/17/2015, two employees of Minority Construction LLC were working from welded tubular frame scaffolds with no form of fall protection. As such, the employees were exposed to fall hazards of greater than 13 feet.
