29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a. On or about 09/10/2015, at the job site - employees conducting roofing work from a 6:12 pitched sloped roof were exposed to an approximate 16 foot, 13 feet 9 inch and 13 feet 4 inch fall hazard, in that, fall protection was not used.
