29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(vii): Switchboards, panel boards, and distribution boards installed for the control of light and power circuits, and motor control centers were not located in dedicated spaces and protected from damage. a) Bath/Blanket lift control panel, On or about 9/17/15: An electrical control panel box was damaged. The access door, which was bent, was not protected from being struck by plant equipment. This damage resulted in the access door having a 2 inch opening to the internal conductors located inside of panel box.
