29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms without being specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: On September 15, 2015, an employee was observed working from a job-made platform fastened to a lift truck and held to the lift truck with 1/2 inch tubular nylon and a ratchet strap. The hazardous condition exposed the employee to fall hazards.
