Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck by, crushing, and caught between hazards associated with the installation of prefabricated parallel chord trusses without any temporary bracing:      a. Level 2- Employees working beneath prefabricated parallel chord floor trusses were exposed to struck by, crushing, and caught between hazards where the trusses were not braced during installation, construction loads were applied to the trusses, and employees were working from the top chord of the trusses.
