29 CFR 1910.1025(l)(1)(i): Each employer who has a workplace in which there is a potential exposure to airborne lead at any level shall inform employees of the content of Appendices A and B of this regulation. (a) Advanced Circuits, Inc., 21101 E 32nd Pkwy., Aurora, CO 80011: On and before September 16, 2015, the employer did not train all employees on Appendices A and B. This condition exposed employees to hazards associated with exposure to lead. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
