29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    Machine guarding was not provided to protect operators from the hazard created by the following:    a) The rotating jaws of the chuck on the Nardini - IN20160 T lathe were not guarded to protect the operators.    b) The rotating jaws of the chuck on the Victor (model number illegible) lathe were not guarded to protect the operators.    c) The rotating jaws of the chuck on the Monarch (serial number 32334) lathe were not guarded to protect the operators.    d) The rotating jaws of the chuck on the Clausing - Colohester 17" lathe were not guarded to protect the operators.    e) The rotating jaws of the chuck on the Willis were not guarded to protect the operators.    f) The rotating jaws of the chuck on the Summit lathe were not guarded to protect the operators.    g) The rotating jaws of the chuck on the Clausing - Colochester 21" lathe were not guarded to protect the operators.    h) The rotating jaws of the chuck on the Howa 1500 lathe were not guarded to protect the operators.    i) The rotating jaws of the chuck on the Clausing - Colochester 15" lathe were not guarded to protect the operators.    j) The rotating jaws of the chuck on the Nardini - IN25160 T lathe were not guarded to protect the operators.    k) The rotating jaws of the chuck on the Clausing - Colohester 17" lathe (with a left handed apron - used for thermal spraying) were not guarded to protect the operators.    l)  The rotating jaws of the chuck on the Mazak Quick Turn 25 lathe were not guarded to protect the operators.    m) The rotating jaws of the chuck on the Mazak Quick Turn 25-L lathe were not guarded to protect the operators.    n) The point of operation on the Mazak Mazatech V655B vertical machine center was not guarded to protect the operators.
