29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): On every building or other structure, or part thereof, used for mercantile, business, industrial or storage purposes, the loads approved by the building official were not marked on plates of approved design and securely affixed in a conspicuous place in each space to which they relate. a) On or about September 21, 2015, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to stuck-by-hazards due to the storage of materials on the mezzanine area, which was not marked and load approved by building official.

29 CFR 1910.23(d)(1)(iv): On stairways more than 44 inches wide but less than 88 inches wide, was not equipped with one handrail on each enclosed side and one stair railing on each open side. a) On or about September 21, 2015, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from a fall hazard from the flight of stairs to the mezzanine that did not have handrails on both enclosed sides.
