On or about at 9/22/15 located at 5325 Pine Hills Way, Cumming, GA: Employees were exposed to falls and struck- by hazard by hazard of 9 feet from the lower level, while preforming framing work from the make shift scaffolds. The employer failed to install guard rails and it was not fully decked.
