(b) On or about September 22, 2015 at worksite 11401 Congress Ave, Kansas City, Missouri.-employees working in the production area on Line 2 were exposed to electrical hazards due to a power strip that was zip tied to the building surface used to supply power to Motorola battery chargers. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is not required for this item.
