29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Parking Garage Roof - An employee was observed standing near the edge of a roof while installing foam onto the face of the building and exposed to an 11' 3" fall hazard, on or about 09/22/2015. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
