29 CFR 1915.152(a): The employer did not provide or ensure each affected employee with the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for the eyes, face, head, extremities, torso, and respiratory system, including protective clothing, protective barriers, personal fall protection equipment, and life saving equipment, meeting the applicable provisions of Subpart I, wherever employees were exposed to work activity hazards that required the use of PPE. a) Jobsite - The employer did not ensure personal fall protection equipment was worn when traveling in a man basket from the dock to the barge, thus, exposing employees to fall hazards. Observed on or about 01 JULY 2015.
