Observed on or about 21 JULY 2015.  Seitz Technical Products was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.141(a)(3)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314232562, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 22 JUNE 2011, with respect to a workplace located at Route 41 and Newark Road, Avondale, PA.  Seitz Technical Products was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.141(a)(3)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1000415, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 04 MAR 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 160 Limestone Road, Oxford, PA.
