29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about 9/23/2015, At the job site: An employee was performing roof sheathing work while standing on the sheathing, he was not protected by the use of fall protection. The employee was exposed to falls of over 30 feet to the exterior of the building. b) On or about 9/23/2015, At the job site: An employee was performing roof sheathing work while standing on the bottom cord of trusses, he was not protected by the use of fall protection. The employee was exposed to falls of over 30 feet to the interior of the building. c) On or about 9/23/2015, At the job site: Employees performing residential type construction on the third floor and the second floor were exposed to falls off of open sided floors where there were no midrails in place. Employees were exposed to falls of up to 22 feet.
