29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) 7760 East Chase Parkway, Montgomery AL; On or about September 22, 2015 the controlling employer Pro Construction, LLC failed to ensure that its sub-contractor Perly Construction protected its employees from fall hazards in that employees were allowed to work 11.7 feet above the ground from an articulated boom lift without fall protection (safety harness and lanyard).
