29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) 7760 East Chase Parkway, Montgomery AL; On or about September 22, 2015 the employer exposed his employees to fall hazards in that employees were allowed to work 11.7 feet above the ground from an articulated boom lift without fall protection (safety harness and lanyard). Perly Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.453(b)(2)(v) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 899796 citation number1 item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/16/2013, with respect to a workplace located at1870 Chase Drive Hoover, Al 35244.
