On September 23, 2015, at 1812 Carrington Way, in Swansea, Illinois, an employee was exposed to equipment roll over hazards when operating a SCAG Turf Tiger (model STT61V-791, serial number H9600165) zero turn commercial mower near pond drop offs.  The employee was not using a seat belt while the roll over protection structure (ROPS) was in use.
