29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toe boards: On or about August 25, 2015 - An employee engaged in automotive maintenance activities to include checking tire air pressure at the Upper Bay #3 of the Wal-Mart Super Store #3283 Auto Care Center was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 5 feet 6 inches to the concrete below in that guard railing was not provided at the back side of the work platform.
