29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (a) For employees working at 1218 50th Avenue Plaza W, Bradenton, FL 34207 as observed on or about 09/24/2015. Some of the chemicals that were off gassing happened during the burning/cutting of the polyester rope, chemicals off gassing during the burning/cutting process were but were not limited to carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide.
