Subsource, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, or its equivalent standard CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1014240, citation number 001, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/1/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 169 George Street, Pawtucket RI, 02860.
