29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): a) On or about September 11, 2015, G & R Roofing & Metal, as a controlling employer, did not provide or maintain programs and conduct effective inspections of the job site to ensure that Victorino Roofing (subcontractor) protected his employees from falls greater than 9 to 15 feet while performing re-roofing activities. G & R Roofing & Metal LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1021372, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 26, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1388 & 1392 Lindenwood Grove, Colorado Spring, CO 80907.
