29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: Fabrication Warehouse: On or about September 28, 2015, and times prior there to, employees who were exposed to hazards from the use of chemicals such as, but not limited to Marble Polish (Oxalic Acid, Aluminum Oxide), Acetone (100%), Triton Poly-Epoxy (Styrene Monomer), and Nexus 101 Transparent Adhesives (Styrene Monomer, Amorphous fumed silica) were not informed by the company of the associated hazards of these chemicals, symptoms of exposure, and precautionary measures.
