OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees from lawnmower roll-over incidents: On or about September 28, 2015, an employee operating a sit down John Deere lawnmower was doing so with the roll-over protective structure in the lowered position and the seat belt not engaged thus exposing employee(s) to hazards associated with a roll-over.
